Working at IAB as Interim Head of Marketing was short but very very sweet. It’s a company that completely understands the digital advertising landscape and that helps advertisers, agencies and brands on their journeys through that minefield.

My job was to completely overhaul the digital content and social channel offering with the team so it was ready to hand over. This included a website re-vamp, marketing material production, event planning and strategy. There was also the mammoth project of launching the first ever Nonference. The aim of this being a multi-platform interactive conference where you didn’t take notes you took part. My role from end to end was to fully brand and support the event with content and work with the event teams to supply creative.

In addition I played a hand in embarking on National anti-click through day. Something that ‘measures engagement’ but does it really?? I also worked on devising the content strategy for Season 2 of its podcast with the best presenter James Chandler.
